‘Facility services’ is the total package of services that you need in order to carry out your core activity as well as possible. • a comparative audit designed to look into whether the reality is in accordance with what has been contractually agreed, both as regards the services that are actually provided and in terms of the invoicing
• this analysis pinpoints where and how we can optimise your overall package of facility services
• on this basis, a market survey will demonstrate where concrete savings are to be made or what alternatives are available
• we can, of course, also assume responsibility for the implementation of new contracts
