The TEMCO-EUROCLEAN group undertakes to provide a service in keeping with the requirements of its customers while seeing to guarantee working conditions that are respectful of the well-being of the workers and have a minimal impact on the environment.
We aim to increase the satisfaction of our customers through the efficient application of a quality and safety management system as well as through the continuous improvement of the company’s Quality and Safety procedures.
The continuous search for products that are even more effective and more ecological as well as the search for machines that are even more efficient and safe contributes to raising our quality of service and promotes the well-being of our workers.
This approach involves the participation not only of all the members of the group, but also of our external partners.
The TEMCO-EUROCLEAN group is responding to the need for quality and safety by offering to its workers, in particular, training adapted to their assignments.
The quality control system, published in the form of "Service Level Agreements" and written up for all the different stages of our service provision, also represents the impetus for a process of continuous improvement and is in line with the participatory approach of the progress of the contracts.
The respect for these measures and the anti-discriminatory clause offers optimum working conditions to the entire staff.
The commitment of the management in making the human and financial resources available shall enable the application and the maintenance of this integrated system for quality and safety management while keeping critical attention turned toward respect for the environment.
