Investors in people
After a long preparation and an intensive audit by Amelior, Euroclean Gent was the 32nd Belgian company and the second Belgian cleaning company to obtain the label of Investors in People© on the 6th of December 2011 .
The starting point of Investors in People © is to improve company results by investing in its employees.
It's important for employers to have dedicated, capable and motivated people working in their organisation. People with enthusiasm understanding the aim of the company and bringing their own specific contribution to it.
People like to work for a company that has understanding for what they want and can and is capable to translate the team and company direction to their role. Companies that stimulate their people and help them in developing theirselves.
Euroclean has been investing in its people for a long time and therefore decided to obtain the international recognition Investors in People ©.
Euroclean was recognised after two days of interviews by the audit team of Amelior, both managers and operational staff were interviewed.
